Sandy Spratt created Ardmore Banking Advisors to expand the services provided by Ardmore Capital Advisors, a firm he also founded in 1991. Sandy brings over 40 years of banking, investment banking, and consulting experience to Ardmore’s client base.
Sandy was previously President, CEO, and Board Chairman of a community bank, Group Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Policy Officer of a multi-community bank holding company, and Head of Corporate Banking for a Regional Bank, where he directed eight diverse corporate, specialty, and investment banking divisions.

Thomas, who was Ardmore’s first office manager over 25 years ago, rejoined ABA as President in 2020. His immediate mission is to lead the company’s commitment and evolution in providing clients with credit risk management services with integrity, quality, and value that support their needs for safety and soundness.
Early in his career Thomas managed NBC’s business marketing website in Rockefeller Center, and was also a consultant and trainer for an IT consulting company in New York City.
Returning to Philadelphia, he worked for a small NJ law firm while attending law school, and then was a corporate bankruptcy associate for two leading Philadelphia law firms. Thomas was then recruited to go “in-house” with some major multi-national companies (including HP and Aramco) where he managed lawyers in multiple national and international locations, with a focus on technology.
Thomas has continued to occasionally assist in projects for ABA at different times and has been a legal advisor to the Ardmore Board of Directors for over fifteen years.

Jim is an experienced senior executive with extensive regulatory experience. He works directly with clients to counsel them on working with regulators, assist with regulatory issues, and help limit risk associated with state and federal banking regulations. Jim has been with Ardmore since 1994.
Before arriving at Ardmore Banking Advisors, Jim served as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, and Senior Lender for a major New Jersey bank While there, he set and implemented credit policy, determined adequacy of loan loss reserve, and directed commercial lending, corporate loan problem resolution, credit administration, loan operations, and international activities.
Previously, Jim acquired more than 25 years of regulatory experience as National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where he was Examiner-in-Charge of regional banks with assets of $1 billion to $10 billion.

Lara S. Hartin is Executive Vice President of Standards and Quality Control at Ardmore, and a Board Member, with over 33 years of experience in the areas of risk management, commercial and real estate lending, audit, and credit review. Lara has been with Ardmore since 2002.
Prior to joining Ardmore, Lara was a Vice President in the commercial real estate finance department of a large New Jersey bank, where she managed a portfolio of public and private companies involved in the development, construction, and management of retail, office, industrial, and residential real estate.
Previously, Lara was a real estate lender and a senior auditor at two large Pennsylvania-based banks where she was responsible for analyzing and auditing middle market, asset-based, and real estate credits as well as training junior auditors and credit analysts.
At ABA, Lara is the executive in charge of maintaining Ardmore’s standards and quality control for loan review and other credit risk management services.

Peter is a partner and EVP of Credit Technology at Ardmore, focusing on credit data management and risk control. Peter has been with Ardmore since 2003.
Peter specializes in credit data management best practices, CECL/ALLL calculations, stress testing and concentration reporting solutions for community banks and smaller financial institutions.
Peter is a nationally recognized thought leader in best practices for concentration management, stress testing and CECL’s impact on community financial institutions, and a business partner of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) and Argus.
As part of Ardmore Banking Advisors, Peter brings a unique mix of banking and technological knowledge, along with extensive experience in credit/risk business process and data analysis solutions. Jim Hamlet is a partner at Isdaner and Company, LLC, who brings over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry to his role of Ardmore Banking Advisors Board Member. Jim has been with Ardmore since 2021.
Active in all aspects of client service, he offers business consulting to not-for-profits, manufacturers, real estate developers, and service organizations.
A frequent lecturer, Jim has spoken about business topics to professional and community groups. He is a member of the legislative committee of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), co-chairperson of the capital campaign for West Chester University Business and Public Affairs Center, and holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the PICPA.

Jorge Leon is a Corporate Executive who brings over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role as Ardmore Banking Advisors Board Member. Jorge has been with Ardmore since 2021.
Currently serving as Corporate Executive of a major Japanese bank, Jorge previously served as Chief Strategic Planning Officer, and was responsible for the Crisis Management Division, which was critical in the wake of the 9.0 Magnitude Great East Japan Earthquake and subsequent Fukushima Daiichi radiation disaster.
Previously, Jorge has held nearly every C-level position, including Executive Vice President, Managing Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Acting Chief Technology Officer, State Head of Portfolio Management, and Head of Risk Review at major multinational and community banks.
Jorge has also been a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for a publicly traded clinical research company.

Prior to joining Ardmore Banking Advisors, Eileen worked in various accounting capacities in both the public and private sectors. Earlier in her career, Eileen worked for Touche Ross and Co. (currently Deloitte and Touche USA LLP) as an Audit Senior where she ran field audit engagements for public and privately held companies in the Philadelphia and New York markets. Eileen also worked as an internal auditor for a major nationwide department store.

Most recently, Steven has managed risk management consulting practices for prominent national firms that are focused on providing enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, loan review and internal audit services to financial institutions. His consulting experience includes working with community banks, credit unions and global banking institutions across a range of sizes and complexities. Steven’s focus in these roles has been to assist clients with achieving their risk management objectives.
Early in his career, Steven served as a commercial lender for two large regional banks based in Philadelphia, PA and Miami, FL.

Todd Sardich leads Ardmore’s credit risk consulting practice, and is a seasoned senior banking professional with experience in commercial credit underwriting, credit risk management, credit policy and administration, loan review, problem loan management, and asset quality and concentration reporting and analysis. Todd has been with Ardmore since 2013.
Todd previously served as Corporate Vice President of Credit Administration and Senior Credit Risk Officer for a $3 billion bank with offices in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana, where he led the credit risk and administration initiatives. Previously, he served as Vice President and Credit Risk Manager (including Loan Review and Enterprise Risk Management).

Suzanne Storm is an experienced commercial banker with nearly 31 years of credit analysis, commercial lending, workout, credit approval and oversight, and credit policy experience. Suzanne has been with Ardmore since 2012.
She has also served as Director of Risk policy for one of the largest banks in America, overseeing credit policy, operational risk policy, and corporate risk governance.
Following a merger, she was head of Corporate Credit Policy for the acquiring bank and oversaw the integration of lending authorities and credit policy.
Her experience also includes credit training and credit analysis, large corporate lending, workout, and leadership of underwriting and portfolio management teams.

Kathy Davis is a senior banking consultant with over 41 years of banking experience in commercial and retail lending. Kathy has been with Ardmore since 2015.
Prior to joining ABA, Kathy was a SVP and Senior Credit Officer for a major New York State-based, where she was responsible for the overall credit risk management program for commercial and retail lending, managed the commercial credit and collection departments, evaluated the ALLL for management and edited the loan policy and procedure manuals. Over his 30-year career, Mr. Hood has provided SBA outsourcing services to dozens of banks in the United States, served some of the highest volume SBA lenders in the country, and built his business as a knowledgeable SBA lender and advocate for America’s small businesses. Doug has been with Ardmore since 2014.
Over his career, Mr. Hood has generated over $50,000,000 of SBA 7a loans on an annual basis, including origination, underwriting, packaging, closing, servicing, and liquidation, in addition to performing audit engagements for loan exceptions and process improvement plans for community and regional banks.
He has received numerous U.S. Small Business and Veteran’s advocacy awards including the Georgia and Southeast Regional SBA Financial Advocate of the Year Award and was a finalist in the 1998 National SBA Financial Advocate of the Year Award. Another honor was his inclusion in Georgia Trend Magazine’s 1998 List of 40 Under Forty, a distinguished roster of up-and-coming business leaders in Georgia. In addition, he is often quoted in Atlanta and national business publications regarding financial issues affecting the small business community.
Mr. Hood’s reputation as a champion for small business has gained him a seat on the Georgia SBA Advisory Council, as well as an appointment to the SBA’s National Advisory Council where he served for six years as the Georgia Representative. In addition, he has taught capital strategy at institutions including Emory University, Georgia Tech, and the University of Georgia.

Before joining Ardmore, Fred was Manager of the Community Bank Supervision Unit, SRC and Commissioned Bank Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
During his time with the Fed, Fred conducted and reported on institutional and holding company examination and inspections, and was responsible for analysis and approval of all capital event requests from supervised institutions. Before working at the Fed Fred worked for some money center and foreign banks as a senior banker.

Before joining Ardmore, Mr. Pipcho spent 20 years as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in charge of white-collar crime matters, including complex financial crimes, public corruption, and bank fraud.
Mr. Pipcho is a CPA, and before joining the FBI, spent several years as a Bank Examiner for the OCC in the northeast region of the country.

Kelli Rahn brings over a decade of hands-on banking experience to her role as a Senior Consultant for Ardmore Banking Advisors. Kelli has been with Ardmore since 2021.
Having previously served as Vice President, Credit Officer, Private Banking Credit Officer, and Corporate Lender for some of the largest banks in the United States, Ms. Rahn also has expertise in the management of portfolios of private and public companies, training and development of relationship managers, and development of commercial lending guidelines and credit procedures.
During her time as Credit Officer at one of Pennsylvania’s largest banks, Ms. Rahn oversaw a $500MM loan portfolio, overhauled a troubled loan portfolio to resolve deficiencies in key areas, including delinquencies, documentation, underwriting, and limiting exposure on cash management transactions.

Teresa has been with Ardmore since 2007.
Teresa most recently served as Vice President and Group Manager of a major nationwide bank, where she was responsible for overseeing a diversified commercial loan portfolio and staff supporting automotive dealers headquartered in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and Delaware.
Her career also included co-management of the bank’s equipment leasing operation and special projects administration covering corporate business development, budgeting, and risk management.

Dale Kimble is Ardmore’s Loan Review Operations Manager & Data Security Officer, bringing over 11 years of Operations experience to his role. Dale has been with Ardmore since 2012.
At Ardmore, Dale is responsible for selecting loan review samples, preparing and administrating loan review field assignments, and facilitating the flow of information from clients to our loan reviewers.
He also serves as the liaison between the Ardmore team and our IT representatives and oversees vendor management and data security protocols.

Tom Throne is an experienced software developer, bringing over 35 years in the industry to his role at Ardmore. Tom has been with Ardmore since 2021.
Tom was previously a Senior Database Analyst and Administrator for an automotive fleet company, where he designed packages for client data exchange, designed and maintained the SQL Server data warehouse, and established the call center.
In previous roles, he has also led technical teams to support managed claims services and is a subject matter expert for claims management, medical billing, SIU, financial, and recovery services.
At Ardmore, Tom works with our Credit Technology Group to help design and maintain our digital solutions, including myLoanReview, myCreditInsight, and more.

Matthew Weiland is Ardmore’s Marketing Coordinator and Loan Review Logistics Manager, bringing nearly 15 years of marketing experience to his role. Matt has been with Ardmore since 2012.
Matthew carries a wide range of responsibilities for Ardmore, ranging from oversight of the company’s sales and marketing efforts, coordination of marketing campaigns, press releases, and social media, and preparation for industry events.
He is also involved in numerous logistical duties, including scheduling, client outreach, report distribution and follow-up, and process improvement.
