Lara S. Hartin, Senior Consultant & Director of Risk Management Research

Lara S. Hartin is a senior consultant with over 15 years of experience in the areas of risk management, commercial and real estate lending, audit and credit review.

Prior to joining The Ardmore Alliance, Ms. Hartin was a Vice President for Summit Bank in the commercial real estate finance department where she managed a portfolio of public and private companies involved in the development, construction, and management of retail, office, industrial, and residential real estate. Previously, Ms. Hartin was a real estate lender at Mellon Bank and senior auditor at Meridian Bank where she was responsible for analyzing and auditing middle market, asset based, and real estate credits as well as training junior auditors and credit analysts.
