Tom Spencer has over 25 years’ experience in technology solutions for banking and other industries. Since 2005, he has served as Project Manager overseeing a number of technology projects for ABA’s clients. In addition to Project Management, Tom’s career has included roles in Business Development, Software Development, and Technical Consulting. His experience prior to his association with ABA includes:

Implementation of distributed budgeting and financial planning systems for a number of regional banks and a central bank.

Implementation of Business Intelligence solutions for clients in a broad range of other industries, including financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, medical associations, energy, manufacturing, aerospace & defense, and IT solutions.

Management of software development teams to implement reporting and analysis applications for Cash Management, Lending, Marketing, Retail, Operations, Human Resources, Anti-Money Laundering, Call Center Reporting, Collections, Corporate Security, and IT Security. Technology used for these projects has included SQL Server, Analysis Services, Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, GEAC (Infor) MPC, VB.NET, Microsoft Access, Business Objects, ProClarity, and various data integration tools.
