James P. McKee - Executive Vice President and PrincipalJames P. McKee is an experienced senior executive with extensive regulatory experience. Jim works directly with clients to assist them with regulatory issues, counsel them on working with regulators and helps clients limit their risk associated with state and federal banking regulations.

Mr. McKee served as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Senior Lender for National State Bank of Elizabeth, NJ.  There, he set and implemented credit policy, determined adequacy of loan loss reserve, and directed commercial lending, corporate loan problem resolution, credit administration, loan operations and international activities.

Previously, Mr. McKee acquired more than 25 years of regulatory experience as National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where he was Examiner-in-Charge of regional banks with assets of $1 billion to $10 billion. He was also in charge of Shared National Accounts in New York and Philadelphia for the OCC, was a member of the OCC task force that rewrote compliance procedures, and taught national OCC investment and credit seminars.
